Wren Perdue was born and raised on the north shore of Kauai. She received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of ITESO in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Wren has been licensed selling real estate since January 2014, and joined Corcoran Pacific Properties in 2020. Being a Kaua'i native she has extensive local knowledge, and is committed to the community and this place. With a lifetime of partnerships with local vendors, she is happy to connect her clients with the best professionals whether it be contractors, painters, landscapers, property managers, etc.

Wren takes pride in her ability to assist people in their process of buying or selling a home, and being an ambassador to those who may be new to the islands. Wren possesses a keen attention to detail, delivers exceptional service, exudes professionalism, goes above and beyond for her clients, and is genuine and honest. She focuses on second homeowners, income producing properties, and luxury estates.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Wren practicing Bikram yoga and riding her bike long distance. She also speaks Spanish fluently. Wren culls inspiration and strength from her late brother Bruce and values her brother Christian’s commitment to service in the National Guard.
